Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you use our appointment request form, call, email, or message us on WhatsApp, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, the treatment you are interested in, your preferred appointment date, and any message you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting server may record basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working properly.
Patient records. Clinical information (such as dental history, X-rays, and treatment notes) is collected only at the clinic during your visit, as part of your care. It is not collected through this website. Please do not send detailed medical information through the website form.
How the Appointment Form Works
Our appointment form does not store your details on this website. When you press the submit button, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message addressed to our clinic number (+91 98504 20840), which opens in WhatsApp on your device. Nothing is sent until you press send inside WhatsApp. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
- respond to your enquiry and schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments;
- contact you about your treatment, follow-up care, or appointment reminders;
- keep this website secure and working properly; and
- meet our legal, medical record-keeping, and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

By submitting the appointment form or contacting us, you consent to us using the information you provide for the purposes above.
